★★★★★ I take my grandchildren every weekend, and they love the entertainment, the couple of times I did last the pace the evening entertainment was excellent.

★★★★★ Good for booking activities but could be more user-friendly and clearer

★★☆☆☆ This app is a complete downgrade for Park Holidays. The app acts as a glorified link to a website, which then directs you to a phone number. Park holidays are trying to be forward-thinking by being absolutely useless. Skip the app, call the front desk of whatever site you are on. Real people are more helpful.

★★☆☆☆ Do not bother, and don't waste your time. The App does not give you any entertainment info. I would give it half a star if I could.

★★☆☆☆ Told to download the app to book activities, but nothing shows up - no activities, no entertainment, no food. Can't even create an account! Useless app - will have to see if we can book activities when there otherwise the kids are going to miss out!

★★☆☆☆ Was good until it changed hands AGAIN. Some staff members are good others you want to kick in the head..... but luckily she was leaving as she was rude. And she knows she was. And she also knows me.......
