This app is a complete downgrade for Park Holidays. The app acts as a glorified link to a website, which then directs you to a phone number. Park holidays are trying to be forward-thinking by being absolutely useless. Skip the app, call the front desk of whatever site you are on. Real people are more helpful.

Told to download the app to book activities, but nothing shows up - no activities, no entertainment, no food. Can't even create an account! Useless app - will have to see if we can book activities when there otherwise the kids are going to miss out!
