Overall, pretty good for reading comments/staying in touch with members of the community. But the notification aspect could be tweaked: if one taps a push notification it opens the app (good) but it still shows as a new notification despite it being read.

Literally won't open anymore after the update. Just says I need to update. Already reinstalled and restarted my phone.

Needs a lot of updates. It is not too bad, but I'm unclear what the updates do for the app. The chat direct with tech and customer service is useless, they just ignore your messages.

Customer and tech support is TRASH. Park Towne kind of forces you to have this stupid app though to manage several things, so we're doomed. It sucks, like everything else Park Towne-related. Also, Flamingo gives credit for attending events and so, and in theory you can use it to book their services. Well, that's a hoax, they will just cancel on you every single time, so it really is worthless. If u message them, they just close the issue without helping. They really suck. Pathetic service.
