I enjoy being able to make reservations and pay for my parking in advance. And the loyalty program saves me money. I love checking in with my phone and that the shuttle usually drops me right at my car. My biggest issue is that they sent me an email for a "flash sale" where I would save $1.50/day. ROFLMBO I accidentally forgot to type in the code and got a price of $60 for my parking. I then signed in to my loyalty account, began my reservation, using the promo code. Hahaha I saved .38 cents for the entire stay. LOL So I used my loyalty points and saved $6. Stick to the loyalty program.

First time using ParkDIA. Great experience. When I arrived to the lot, a shuttle was waiting and ready. When coming back, I missed a shuttle but one soon arrived. Didn't have to wait too long. Dropped me off right to my car. The 7 days free parking promo worked great even though I only stayed for 5 days.

Horrible shuttle service from the airport. Waited almost one hour to get into the shuttle.

The app itself is terrible. During my first reservation, my pass was not in my app so on my way out I had to stand at the gate, show the lady my purchase confirmation email to validate me. Now the reservation is just loading. Just gonna avoid ParkDIA from now.

App doesn't allow log in I signed up, downloaded the app, have double checked login (works fine online), but cannot log in from the app. What's the point? We can't access half the promised features!
