What an absolute useless app. Why in the world do I need to register in yet another app. Why do I need to register account? Why do I need to register my payment credentials? Why can't I just pay a simple parking ticket anonymously? Edit: "we aim to be more than just an app" that is exactly the core of the problem. Your customers just wants to pay parking.

Very bad experience. Cant add my vehicle to the app since it's already registered to another user. So I cant pay for parking and constantly getting increased bill. Very bed customer service, called them and can't help me.

There are already several parking apps (that work better) we don't need another one. Downloaded the app and registered the car but couldn't pay - no link to VIPs or Google Pay, needed to add a physical card (which I stopped carrying years ago). Couldn't pay at the machine because the car was registered in the app, couldn't delete the car because I had active parking. Got charged an admin fee because I had to pay later. Have uninstalled the app and will try to avoid car parks with Park Link.
