★★★★★ This is a life-saver when at appointments running late. No need to rush out.

★★★★★ The app freezes up at times. Overall it's works well. Nothing to do with the app, but I don't like the double standards.when a physical meter is broken, and you park at that said meter without putting the paid chit on your dash you get a ticket. If you use another meter from the opposite zone...they give you a ticket saying wrong zone. So what are we supposed to do? Go through the hassle and inconvenience of fighting a ticket...as per the app have a built-in alarm when it is about to expire

★★★★★ It's great. The reason I took a star off is that it has a glitch where it doesn't let you extend the reservation. It says "something's wrong, try again later", so I have to wait for the reservation to fully expire and then restart a new one again. I already got a ticket because the parking maid was in the area within the 1-2 min. gap it took me to make a new reservation. So not great in that aspect, but otherwise good. Convenient.

★★☆☆☆ Garbage app gets you a ticket even after using it because of "a glitch". Just use the meter as this app has constant issues.

★★☆☆☆ There are so many glitches in this app. It consistently puts me in the wrong location, hasn't allowed me to extend my meter time. I have to restart the app constantly.

★★☆☆☆ Why isn't it a consistent rate for parking? It's WILD how you have to pay $2 for an hour on one day and more on another day or different time of day for a different increment of time. NYC TAKING OUR MONEY PER USUAL.
