The new Paro 2.0 looks great, but it removes an option to copy the text sent by the teacher in the class feed for translation. Or Could you please include a feature like translate to English under the teacher feed posts? This feature will be useful for non-native Dutch parents who do not speak Dutch.

The parro app and website are the only ways to read information from school. You can't read the information sent by schools on your email (like any other similar tool). Companies assume they are the only app the user checks. If you have 2 kids in different schools and one goes to the BSO you have 3 different apps to check. That's before the sports practice. Thankfully all the other platforms we use offer the option for email. Only Parro makes it difficult.

I'm experiencing a problem with Parro since April 1st. I was opening the app to see the school updates of the day, and it logged me off. I sometimes tried to login again and even change the password. After I try everything, I requested the school to fix the problem, and they sent me new links, but none of them works. I even uninstalled and reinstalled Parro. I am 3 days now without Parro and I can't make the activities of school with my daughter that they are sending on quarantine. Frustrating!
