I've been with Partners since 2014. This app has made banking so simple. From quick transfers to check deposits, I know that my banking needs will be met from the comfort of my home or even on the go. I love my credit union!

Awful bank and app. Worst interest rates on loans, even Amex gives me better rates. In the past they refused a$2k personal loan because my FICO score is low according to them (843 with all other institutions). They use restrictive score calculator to avoid giving loans to most people but the richest. Discriminatory. The app doesn't even have Auto Pay and the credit card charges foreign payment fee, which nobody else does. I only keep this bank because I used to work at Disney, but it's useless.

I don't know what the update did, but it's kicking me out of belle, and I have closed the app, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app

There is no in app control provided to close the android app. Once I "log out" the app displays the "log in" pop up and unless actually log in the app's user interface doesn't allow me to do anything else. If I want to close the app I have tp use the android/samsung one UI to force stop the app in order to close it. Every time I use the Partners FCU android app I will have to force close it. Did the app developers test this app? The user interface should have a control to both log out AND close.

It's impossible to find what I need and there is no search function. This is the worst bank I've ever had. There are TONS of FEES, and it literally takes a minimum of three days to get a bank check or wire transfer.

I'm getting tired of these apps not being compatible with my device... because my device is older. The browser barely works. Bring the app back to older model phones. This is getting ridiculous!
