It doesn't link to the online account, so you can't see what reservations you have made. You have to go to a browser and log in there to see your account information, and to activate your card. Also, it doesn't work AT ALL if you are offline. You can't even see your card number or QR Code. So if you buy Pass Nantes, absolutely get the physical card as you can't use the app if you don't have internet. These are MAJOR failings THAT MUST BE FIXED.

This is a terrible app, needlessly complicated, and it refused to work unless I was on Wi-Fi despite having all the permissions and all other phone apps working fine on roaming. So I was unable to activate the airport inbound transfer, but luckily the driver let me ride after I showed him a paper printout of the Pass Nantes QR code. After 24 hours, I discovered by chance that the app only works if you take AWAY all the mobile permissions, bizarre and illogical.
