Local drivers are the KING!! They'll pick you up 3 minutes later, 30 minutes later, 3 hours later, till the end of time, depending on their mood.. They'll get mad at you, scream, demanding tips, canceling after pick you up so you don't know the price, full of drama.. Seriously, you need to train the drivers! Info: buy a motorbike, it's cheaper on the long run, no drama, no need driver license, polices don't even care about license plate

RIPPED OFF BY DRIVER - S1135. My booking clearly stated 3700R because I added dropoff location. However, the driver cancelled the booking half way through the journey, but did actually take us to our desired dropoff. My Khmer wife (who does not understand how it works) SPOKE and asked the driver how much. He demanded 4700R, which my wife paid. He should be punished. NOT HAPPY!! Many drivers now are cancelling bookings when they arrive or mid journey. Very bad passapp.

Don't use this app. Try Zelo or Grab. You can't pay using card in this app. Drivers everytime cheat on you with the price. If you insist on the app's price they have no change. They can't find your point, they don't know how to ride using navigator: they mix left and right. And you can't setup stops during the ride. So you have opportunity only to locate start and finish point. Useless.

It used to work very well in Cambodia. The App recently had a major upgrade and now it is junk. Changes appear to be mainly driven by drivers seeking to beat the system and exploit unknowing customers. Hard to believe that a ride sharing type App as this is, would permit that to be done to itself. Especially since it was so damn good before. The so-called upgrade is compulsory too, unfortunately, so can't see how to work around it. Actively seeking alternatives.
