I have been using Pass App taxi in Cambodia application for many years already from my personal account and also from my colleagues accounts. All taxi drivers from this app also work for other same apps - so all of them have common problems - very often poor performance and unprofessional unsafe driving, often go wrong way, often can't find pick up and drop off locations. When I send complaint - every time standard answer comes - we'll educate driver. No reward points system for customers at all!

It was great until recently. Now I can't log in. I already have an account, and it worked fine earlier this year. However, now I cannot receive the sms code to log in. I've always used the same carrier and United States (+1) phone number.
