I have no idea what happened. My account isn't this one, my Facebook, WhatsApp, my contacts, my Instagram are not the ones I used... Google allowed all hackers to get into my accounts and my applications. I wonder what can I do? Is there an office in Miami-Dade where I can go and asking to erase all this accounts and give me back my and applications? So far this is a mess! Google needs to stop getting into telephones and computers, it is not right, it's usurpation. I wonder why &how they got into?

This app is a scam. They sent me the incorrect form with the wrong information and there is no customer service. The email link on the app does not work.

For the people expecting an instant passport, read the opening page in the app. They'll fill out the paper work and print your photo, then mail it back to you. You then take the app and deliver or mail to the appropriate office in your state. Full app is $29 (includes the picture needed) for them to do + reg cost $90 Was testing it out before sending it to some friends trying to get their passports. Unfortunately, at the height page, it wouldn't let me input anything or move forward.
