Nov 2020 Update: This continues to be a secure and necessary app for me, and have had for years. I recently had questions about upgrades and loading on new computers, and the service staff was excellent in their response and guidance. I've been using Data Vault for over 8 years. Tracking all my passwords (over 1000) and it works flawlessly on multiple devices. I started with an iPad, iPhone, and pc. With Apple's lack of customer support, I've switched to Android phone and tablet. My passwords simply update across all devices.

Hi, Have been a Data Vault customer for years, with same data vault database on Windows, Android, and iOS devices. Was hit with the same Android Dropbox sync issue that others have flagged. Received email on 5/13/22 from Ascend saying that a new version fixing the issue would be issued very shortly. (FWIW, the Wi-Fi sync between Android and Windows worked fine, but is not that easy to use.) With the Dropbox issue fixed, should be excellent again!

This was a great app. Now it won't sync with Dropbox or desktop. ZER0 help from tech support for months. Now a useless app. Update: Still no help from Ascend Support. This WAS a good app but no more.

Like many others who have recently posted feedback I was a happy user of Data Vault for the past 10 years until recently. Then in the past 2 years I started having problems. First the app frequently started crashing, losing my passwords (luckily I had backups). More recently their Dropbox backup function stopped working. Data Vault technical service responses have generally been non-existent to poor. I finally lost patience with Data Vault & decided to move to another password protector app.

I've used this App on both Android phone and Windows PC for over 10 years and been happy - has synced password additions and changes perfectly using Dropbox. However, recently Dropbox Sync does not work and have received no feedback from emails to Support. I've also tried Wi-Fi Sync but can't seem to get it to work. I'm in the process of converting to another password manager - a slow painful but very necessary process.
