PastShot: Then & Now Camera

Have you ever wanted to step back into an old photo?

Stand where you stood years ago. Recreate a childhood photo with your own child. Capture your family, home, city, or favorite place from the same angle — then and now.

PastShot is a simple then-and-now camera that helps you recreate old photos with beautiful alignment. Choose an old photo, use it as a guide over your live camera view, adjust the position, size, and opacity, then capture today from the same pose or angle.

It is not a complicated photo editing app or a heavy progress tracker. PastShot is a simple camera tool for bringing the past and present together.

What You Can Do with PastShot

Recreate Old Photos

Use an old photo as a guide and line up your current camera view with the original shot. Stand in the same place, match the same angle, and capture a new photo that connects the past and today.

Perfect for childhood photo recreations, family memories, travel photos, old portraits, and meaningful places.

Capture Then-and-Now Photos

Create then-and-now photos with better alignment. Instead of guessing the angle, use your old photo as a visual guide while taking the new shot.

Great for:

* Childhood photo recreations
* Family growth photos
* Travel and landmark photos
* City and street changes
* Home and room transformations
* Before and after photos

Track Family Growth Over Time

Capture your family from the same angle over the years. Recreate a photo with your child, compare old and new memories, or make a beautiful series of family growth photos.

Record DIY, Renovation, and Home Projects

Take clear before and after photos of DIY projects, renovations, room makeovers, garden changes, and home improvements.

Use an earlier photo as a camera guide, line up the view, and capture the progress from the same angle.

Take Better Fitness and Progress Photos

PastShot can also be used for body progress, fitness progress, workout progress, and transformation photos.

Use a previous photo as a guide to match the same pose, distance, angle, and framing. This makes your before and after photos easier to compare.

Match the Same Pose or Angle

Trying to retake a photo from the same angle? PastShot helps you line up your shot before you capture it.

Use it for:

* Same pose photos
* Same angle photos
* Before and after comparisons
* Photo retakes
* Progress photos
* Memory recreations
* Rephotography
* Then-and-now photography

How It Works

1. Choose an old photo.
2. Use it as a guide over your live camera view.
3. Adjust the position, size, and opacity.
4. Match the angle, pose, and framing.
5. Capture today.

PastShot gives you freedom to align almost any image. Move it, resize it, and adjust the opacity until it fits your live camera view. This makes it easier to recreate old photos, compare changes, and capture memories from the same angle.

Why PastShot?

Most camera and progress apps are built for strict tracking or automatic repeat photos. PastShot is different.

It gives you a simple, flexible way to align an old photo with your live camera view. You can freely adjust the photo guide by moving, resizing, and changing its opacity. This makes it easy to recreate photos even when the old image has a different size, crop, angle, or aspect ratio.

PastShot is made for casual, meaningful, and creative photography.

Not just progress tracking.
Not just photo editing.
A simple camera guide for recreating memories.

Stop guessing the angle. Step into your old photos and bring the past to life today.
