Game is simple, but very satisfying to play. All it needs is more content such as more traits, abilities, and DNA upgrades to buy. The game has incredible potential as it's only been out for a month.

Editing my review as the developer has addressed the issues and made enormous improvement! The game is a lot of fun, with decent progression initially. The developer has made big visual and UI improvements and handled a number of bugs beyond my issue based on patch notes. The game gives you a lot of interesting choices and options to utilize. The only downside is that the list of traits and skills is relatively limited, but I expect it will grow! I would love to see gear in future updates

I started playing right, and it took me about 4 tries, but I beat the first lvl, but then I get to the second and my first try I made a character so good I can't play him because he softly locked himself on a wolf I had start hit, so I hitting him my fireball and lightning triggered my start of fight lighting triggered, so I have full bar and health regeneration, so I attack again immediately the lighting procs and so does the fireball but the kinda just sit their.

I think there's a bug after the first stage that I cleared then when I start a new battle again my hero always receives damages even without any bad traits or damage from the enemy

I really liked the game till the last update, before the update it was great, after the update I can't even start a run. I'm going to wait awhile longer and if there's no update to fix it, ill probably uninstall.

it's a great game but would be nice if there were more skills and traits gets boring after a while. More species would be a great addition as well.
