As someone with critical illness, I really appreciate this app. I am getting a lot more answers and able to bring up symptoms that I did not know were symptoms. Pathway was providing good medical study collection of all specialities till 9th november. Kindly continue good work for global medical doctors. Today update has been started. For mostly medical....600 / yr...GTFO If it is totally free forever why would there be the requirement to add a credit or debit card? It states it is free for a seven-day period then $230 every 6 months. Lies, lies, lies NOT free on 8th day. One of those you download forget about it then you notice you are charged on your bank statement.

This app is a scam, nothing about it is worth what you're paying for it. + it requires card information, you can't refund, you can't solicit ate support, and you can always get more for less using EMBOSS Library at $89.99 a year. Drop this scam, get yourself a real deal with EMBOSS or Epocrates if you're so fixated on special patient groups.

Content in some areas is a couple of years out of date (i.e. no updates to AHA/ASA AIS guidelines since 2018), and straight up wrong in others (i.e. in Sepsis pathway, if you select "yes" for "Is pharmacologic thromboprophylaxis contraindicated?", it will suggest giving LMWH and avoiding mechanical prophylaxis even though your answer states LMWH is contraindicated). Based on the things I know being incorrect, I cannot rely on it providing assistance on things I don't.
