★★★★★ Kindly update studies. There is no update of any content in any specialities since last 14 days. We are paid subscriber for 1 year. Pathway was providing good medical study collection of all specialities till 9th november. Kindly continue good work for global medical doctors. Today update has been started. But still, it is missing from 10th Nov to 20th Nov 2022. But still, thank you for great effort of resuming update.

★★★★★ As someone with critical illness, I really appreciate this app. I am getting a lot more answers and able to bring up symptoms that I did not know were symptoms. With the help of this app and help of my physician, I am getting answers finally after a year and a half of being ill. I just found this app less than a month ago. I now know what questions to ask and what information would be good for my physician to know. I have an MRI scheduled this month. We will see if this app is a lifesaver!!

★★★★★ BEST APP FOR MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT ALGORITHMS

★★★★★ As a practicing GP I find this app extremely useful: the focus is on clinical guidelines, which are well picked and refined, so that it is convenient to use it as a reference during work.

★★☆☆☆ Content in some areas is a couple of years out of date (i.e. no updates to AHA/ASA AIS guidelines since 2018), and straight up wrong in others (i.e. in Sepsis pathway, if you select "yes" for "Is pharmacologic thromboprophylaxis contraindicated?", it will suggest giving LMWH and avoiding mechanical prophylaxis even though your answer states LMWH is contraindicated). Based on the things I know being incorrect, I cannot rely on it providing assistance on things I don't.

★★☆☆☆ For mostly medical....600 / yr...GTFO If it is totally free forever why would there be the requirement to add a credit or debit card? It states it is free for a seven-day period then $230 every 6 months. Lies, lies, lies NOT free on 8th day. One of those you download forget about it then you notice you are charged on your bank statement.

★★☆☆☆ Scam. They advertised as a free service, and don't tell you until after you fill out all your information that it costs $300 per year. You can't even try the app for a limited period without providing credit card information. Do not install

★★☆☆☆ This app is a scam, nothing about it is worth what you're paying for it. + it requires card information, you can't refund, you can't solicit ate support, and you can always get more for less using EMBOSS Library at $89.99 a year. Drop this scam, get yourself a real deal with EMBOSS or Epocrates if you're so fixated on special patient groups.

★★☆☆☆ Couldn't even log into app. Every time I tried to go to email to confirm the app would start over. Gave up. Not worth the hassle if I can't even get started. Would give 0 stars if could
