The Pathways pain relief program has helped hundreds of patients reduce, and sometimes even get rid of persistent, aka chronic pain.

When pain lasts for longer than 3 months, our body's pain system can start becoming overactive and overprotective. Sounding the alarm (pain!) all too often. But there are steps we can take to retrain your brain, and turn down the volume on pain.

★★★★★ This app improved my life immeasurably. I'm 25yrs old, have been dealing with chronic pain in both knees for nearly 5yrs. Every step I took would give me terrible pain, it impacted me physically & mentally, I never wanted to use my legs. No physio, sports dr., specialist could help. I found Pathways & it changed my entire perception of pain. I've been using it religiously for 4 months now & I'm happy to say I can hike, jog, skip with almost no pain, getting better every day. Thank you so much.

★★☆☆☆ I got excited when I found this app. But when I clicked on the "How Pathways Helps You" I just got a spinning circle, after a few minutes I gave up.

★★☆☆☆ Fed up with the new Pathways app! WHY did it go all video? I used to like listening to sessions with my eyes closed and phone screen off, now I can't. Lost all my favorites, lost my journey, and so far I'm not liking the new journey sessions as they don't sound as empathetic. Just great :-(

★★☆☆☆ Just a false hope scam to get your money. This program is overflowing with lies masquerading as "pain science". Do not be misled. This program will charge you to fill you with false hope and lies.

★★☆☆☆ Was starting to use previous version and was happy so far...there was a recent update and I can't use the app at all! Won't log in, won't let you use "forget password" and won't let me create a new account because app keeps closing! Can you bring back old version please??

★★☆☆☆ It was good when it worked, except 99% of the time it logged me out, then when I tried to log in it told me a wasn't a valid user 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 which is very poor when you are paying for a service
