Works fine, very basic and easy to use, however, you only get your questionnaire notification once and when clicking in it, doesn't take you to the app, so you have to open it manually.

I can't get into Patient Cloud on my new phone. It worked fine on my old phone. Otherwise, I really like this app

I did a clinical test. I was given this card along with instruction to check in everyday click on a report. It takes all maybe 30 seconds, and you get paid every month. The only problems I have had with this research group was of my own doing. Either for get to check in once a day, or change my phone number without telling them about the change. I hope to be able to sign up for another research soon.

Not receiving notifications in Android, even after all settings are correct. Please correct this, so that we may submit medical data info in a timely manner!

It makes me make a new pin every time. Stopped giving notifications and doesn't update. I have an S24 so there's no way it's out of date.

Poorly designed. Makes you basically press three times to submit each individual question, then sending you a notification about another question after every question, covering up the best question. And then, after you've answered the questions, it will still send you notifications to complete the survey, making the notifications pointless and easier to overlook. I also heard that the researchers have trouble deciphering the results from this app.
