There are currently four main pathogens, each with unique viral strains:

I gave it 2 stars because it was an ok game until the ads started every 20 seconds. Games are being ruined because of forced ads. I can handle every now and then or 1 every 10 minutes or to upgrade things with an ad. Forced ads constantly is a big no for me. Sorry, but no, thanks. I play a few games that you can watch an ad for power ups or extra stuff or time. That's fine. Your games would do great if you did that instead of forcing them.

Plague inc. is better in every way. This game is slow, pay walled, and not even in the same category as plague inc. waste of time, waste of money, and not worth the download. for, go play plague Inc if you want a good challenging game
