There are currently four main pathogens, each with unique viral strains:

Enjoying it. Different from the Bio game by the CDC where I made a plague that wiped out humanity in 1 week. Glad I was able to help the CDC in its job of preemptive measures agai st potential threats of a viral nature. Wonder what contributions I may contribute here? We'll see. Decent game. I am not sure where all the reviews are getting on about all the ads, there are barely any ads unless you click on the virus progression ads. And yes, you can beat every level, some take time. I beat the Nanobot level (last one) several times already... Speaking of, DEVS: when is the next pathogen coming out?

I was enjoying the game up until the constant forced ads every 30s or so. It's utterly insane. Then £4.49 to remove them? Do better.

Decent brain-dead game but add every two minutes is just uncalled-for. Whoever thought that having to click on ads 4 or 5 times before you can get back to a game should be imprisoned

This game is just a knockoff of plague inc is just trying to copy it and this deserves 1 star for copying, and it's pretty trash and just pretty much a knockoff.
