Just will not load. Got it to work long enough to start my profile but the app crashes constantly, has loading errors with everything and simply does not function. It's a great idea, and I'd really love to participate in the community... but I need the app to work.

I had given an awesome review numerously, but since PLM has not worked for me since August '21, (+ here we are at Dec end), I have nothing to say as I so miss my emotional grounding board. PLM is apparently rebuilding from the ground up w no known date for completion. Either I'll get back in, or I never will, I have no idea. Otherwise, I loved PLM, it "WAS" a great support group. Just not for me, anymore. Plus, it was great to track my symptoms.

Was working well then out of nowhere it logged me out. Tried to log back in, and it says my account doesn't exist, and I know I'm using the correct login information. Contacted support and they haven't responded. I was hoping to find people to connect with who share the same condition as me, but it looks like I'll have to find another app, unless support decides to look into what happened and fix my account.
