I Love the patterns' app. You can email reading to your doctor, once you test, reading go directly to your phone, when you open the app, make sure to allow the app to turn on the Bluetooth. Everything is at your fingertips. I also love the fact, with this meter everything is done with one prick. Note you need to clean the meter every time you change the cartridge. This will eliminate the problems I'm reading that people are having. It's better than Dexcom and all those other machines. Love it!!!!

I'd give these 5 stars if I could reliably upload readings from pogo to my Google Pixel 6 pro. I love how easy the device is to use for taking a measurement, but I literally have to re-pair the device just to get readings to my phone; luckily it seems to have lots of storage in the device. Update: after repeatedly re-pair ing the unit, readings are finally being uploaded automatically; would be nice if it worked correctly right out of the box.

I am very disappointed with the Patterns for POGO app because it does not sync every time. The app is why I chose this brand to be able to monitor my progress, and since it doesn't sync each time, I do NOT have an accurate account of my readings. Is there a way to sync the app to the meter after several readings have been taken? Instead of just hoping it will sync after each reading, I can not use Bluetooth to upload to my computer even when I use a cord. Please improve this app!!

Patterns for Pogo worked until I recently updated the app. It appears to pair with my phone, but will not load new test readings. The app is now useless! Please fix it! I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service doing everything they could think of. Nothing worked. They said they would check with their reach department and get back to me. That was last week. Still waiting for the return call. By the looks of almost all reviews most people are having the same trouble.
