There is an issue with this app that it doesn't show purchases I've made. When paying the bill I always show staff my identification number, and I do get the bill with my name on it. So I assume this purchase will count towards my point tally. But three times in the past month this hasn't happened. My numbers in the app haven't changed. I talked to staff, and they couldn't help and I don't blame them. All this gives the impression that this app is a bit of a scam. I do like Paul restaurant btw.

App is down now for several weeks. And there is no way to reconnect to it or to keep collecting points. Staff at the restaurants are power less and encounter system breakdown as well.

I’m disgusted by my experience with PAUL Wafi Mall. Abby discouraged me from claiming my birthday reward, calling the cake 🍰"not worth it"—a total scam. Thire app is broken, yet agents Adnan and Mohamed failed to provide any fix. To make matters worse, Norman disrespectfully ended the chat while I was explaining the issue. I expected professional service, not dismissal and technical failure. PAUL Arabia needs to fix their app and train their staff 📞😠😤
