Paul food and coffee are great, but I can't log in to the app, Can't receive OTP since April.

There is an issue with this app that it doesn't show purchases I've made. When paying the bill I always show staff my identification number, and I do get the bill with my name on it. So I assume this purchase will count towards my point tally. But three times in the past month this hasn't happened. My numbers in the app haven't changed. I talked to staff, and they couldn't help and I don't blame them. All this gives the impression that this app is a bit of a scam. I do like Paul restaurant btw.

App is down now for several weeks. And there is no way to reconnect to it or to keep collecting points. Staff at the restaurants are power less and encounter system breakdown as well.
