The app has a simple interface, but the functionality needs work. When trying to complete a Patti payment, it redirects to the external portal rather than processing it natively. Native payment integration would make this app much more user-friendly and reliable. Hoping for a fix in the next update. Support secure, native in-app payments, so we don't have to deal with browser lag.

I would give it 0 star, the first step itself is not working in the app

This app is a total disaster! It has four features, but none of them actually work. Every time you open it, you have to skip the Chief Minister’s photo just to reach the menu, and then nothing happens. Honestly, using the app just to see his photo while the services remain broken is doing a great job of ruining his image instead of helping it.
