I use this app as an EVV method for services provided by our home healthcare agency. I am very happy with the recent update (v.5.0). The app has a user-friendly, intuitive design, and my caregivers have expressed this. With the recent update, I am experiencing fewer errors and bugs. This allows my job to be much more efficient. The app runs smoother on all devices. Most of the issues experienced are due to connection issues. Overall, I am pleased with the app and support team we work with.

I was told I have to use this to clock in and out and the app doesn't work. I just get a white screen. Now I have to look for ANOTHER job!

This app is very glitchy. I frequently can't log in without quitting the app multiple times. That's a serious problem when your income depends on clocking in and out in a timely manner. It also gives error messages when clocking in at the address the app lists as valid. There are more issues, but who has time to deal with this b.s.? 0/10 recommend. My employer requires this app, and it's bad enough to consider changing jobs to not have to use it. Hate it.
