★★☆☆☆ Product doesn't work and customer service is awful. I never leave bad reviews, but the experience I have received with this company has been awful. I have experienced issues with either the product or customer service at every step. First, they did not send me a an email to confirm purchase or a tracking number. After week I had to contact them to request it. Once they sent the email, I noticed they only shipped the product the day before. This is annoying as you are charged a monthly subscription fee, as soon as the product is purchased. Once the product arrived I was missing parts, this again resulted in a month delay before I could attempt to use the collar. Once the collar was set up it failed to work, which the company blamed on their new network. I live in metropolitan Australia, doesn't matter the network there would be coverage. I then gave up on the product and sent it back for a refund. Fast-forward 1-1.5mths, the product has been delivered for the last 2wks and I have failed to receive refund. Even worse they have charged me for another month of their subscription service. Additionally, the collar is considerably more clunky and uncomfortable then what appears on the website. The only bright side of this company is that they have been relatively prompt with an email reply. But honestly, I would never use this company again and strongly recommend other people dont.

★★☆☆☆ App doesn't work. Ever. Any time I try to use it I get the same error, 'collar is busy.' So frustrating!! Reached out to the company but they're no help. Now I'm going to have to find another tracker to try.

★★☆☆☆ Scam! I recently received this by mail. The registration process was quite simple but once it came time to find a GPS signal, it just wouldn't. Then, when it did indeed find a signal, it said my cat was in England. Mind you, I live in Canada. I tried contacting the company many times on how to proceed to return the product and get my refund for no avail. I got scammed out of $200. You should stay away from Pawtrack.
