It's been more than 24 hours dealing with current log in issues that still haven't been resolved I've called customer support 4 times in 2 days, and was left on hold for an hour and 26 minutes today, had to hang up and call for the 4th time, to speak to someone who again gave me almost no assistance, you have to make multiple log in attempts when it is working and doesn't just send you over to the "your account is temporarily locked" screen, this app and company are unprofessional poorly managed

Horrible app and services they only give you little piece of your money, and you have to pay multiple fees a day when they do add it up. I've been waiting for the portal to update for weeks now, and they keep telling me the same thing they never help you they have real customer service I will not recommend to anybody.
