Payangel used to be exceptionally good. But not anymore, especially transactions to Ghana, this folks will hold your money until 24hrs. Later a customer service personnel will come here been defensive. They got to channel that energy to fix their long-standing issues.

Horrible service ! Waste !!! I sent 710 pounds to my Ghanaian account to pay my employees on a deadline back home just because of pay Angel Ive lost. I reached out but no update and no response to my calls. I'm very disappointed and furious !!! And I'll not stop here!

I don't understand... Pay Angel is advertised in Ghana, but when I downloaded the app to send money from Ghana to another country, Ghana was not listed amongst the countries where money can be sent from... can someone please explain to me why?
