This app is absolutely AMAZING! I have tried them all: send wave, tap tap send, remitly, WorldRemit, moneygram, Western Union, chipper cash and others that I don't even remember. This is by far the easiest and the best. Customer support is personable and top-notch. As for the app itself, they have charged no fees for any of my transactions thus far and the exchange rate is great. I can now forgo going to the ATM and just send from my u.s. account to my Mobile Money in Ghana. How convenient!

I would love if they could add Japan to their countries so that it could be easy for us living in Japan to be able to send money home. Would be happy if they do something about it.

They have stopped my transactions NOT once but twice now, and I have sent them all the information they asked for and still haven't sent my receiver his money this app is NO good at all they are useless, and they are not going to ever get any kind of service from me ever again. Once they finally send my transfer to the same receiver I have sent to before. This will also be getting posted on PISSED CONSUMER and I may even contact the BBB.
