I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. The amount was deducted from my Botim/Pay by account for the Wi-Fi payment, but it was never received by the provider. Additionally, while attempting to transfer my salary to my home country, an extra amount was deducted without any prior notification. I have sent several emails to customer service, but have received no response. I would strongly advise others against using this app.

I have been using Pay By for the past year without any charges, but now they have started charging I made a transaction of AED 2,850, and they deducted AED 70 from me without any prior notice or confirmation. This is disappointing and not transparent. Not recommended — please avoid.
