Generally speaking it's a very nice app. I use it for all kinds of payments and It's easy to recharge from credit machines, but since the new update, I can't pay my du bills easily it redirects to botim and botim was unable to add my wife's number it only recharge my bills I had to transfer money to my money just to recharge my family du bills. And I am unable to add the card on my samsung wallet. Please IT team improve these things.

Always trying to cut money I send my two my home country 1300 the write there no deduction but when I click to send button to deduct my money transaction fee now have new issue when we send money and sending is failed the again deduction 1.5 aed, and we are trying to send again they are deduction we didn't receive any notification but when see balance a lot of money already cut and also facing unauthorized transaction failed then deduction I face total waste customer service no reply

Very bad service. I was transfer 1500AED pay by to my Bank account on 04\03\2026.but today 10/03/2026 still didn’t get my money. Even I call customers care there not response. I tell them I need money very emergency, but they aren’t take any responsibility... please don’t use pay by anymore.
