Which took 5 business DAYs total for them make the transfer of SUP to Cash on card.

very hard to passed kyc for proof of address document. you should understand user from different country such as Thailand hard to find proof of address in english format. you should have some staff that can read thai. i give up to do kyc with this app. i send proof of address kbank statement, scb statement, mobile bill AIS, mobile bill Truemove, tenx envelop in english version from singapore. but it still fail 5 times... could you please recliam my money for card order 49usd to my account?
