Paychex makes payroll processing seamless. I like the fact that reports are generated almost immediately after processing payroll and that there is a 15-minute window to make changes before completion if necessary. I also love the fact that you can set up multiple payroll deductions at no extra cost!

I recommend employers avoid this service like the plague. Systems don't update leaving employees in limbo for hours and days trying to log in. Their chat AI is completely useless. Stay away from Paychex

This app needs a serious update if not an overhaul. If I'm signing in with my fingerprint, why the hell do I need to enter a secondary code to sign in? And when I do with the "remember this device" checked the app suddenly gets amnesia. Fix it!

This app is unbelievably bad. As many others have said, to log in you will frequently (but not always) be prompted to enter a code that is texted to you regardless of selecting the "remember this device" option. When you need to clock out you have to search for the clock out option under more options. WHY ISN'T IT ON THE MAIN PAGE!?!? It's so needlessly convoluted and clearly not designed in a simple intuitive way.
