Paychex makes payroll processing seamless. I like the fact that reports are generated almost immediately after processing payroll and that there is a 15-minute window to make changes before completion if necessary. I also love the fact that you can set up multiple payroll deductions at no extra cost!

This app is unbelievably bad. As many others have said, to log in you will frequently (but not always) be prompted to enter a code that is texted to you regardless of selecting the "remember this device" option. When you need to clock out you have to search for the clock out option under more options. WHY ISN'T IT ON THE MAIN PAGE!?!? It's so needlessly convoluted and clearly not designed in a simple intuitive way.

MAJOR ISSUE NEED FIXED ASAP the paychex app/ website doesn't use its own clock. The time shown is based on what device you use. This means someone and manually change the time on their phone, (which takes 30 seconds) and LIE about what time they actually worked. Please update this App to use its own clock. Also I don't want to participate in daylight savings, but I can't do that because of this issue either
