My workplace tried this company, and it was dropped in less than a month. Personally, even after a fingerprint identification, it often needed a texted verification code to be entered before I could even punch in or out. Seriously inconvenient and inadequately designed. Also sent unnecessary messages to users encouraging them to sign up for other "Services". I am proud of my HR department for admitting and apologizing for this gross mistake.

So I got a gig that uses this app, and I cannot even set up a profile. I get to password section, and I can't access the" confirm password" field. Completely stuck on that screen. Ridiculous. I had to reach out to my employer and confirm this mess. Paychex please let me know.

This app/company likes to lock you out of your account randomly while you're still on the clock. It also doesn't like the load half the time. Not an overall good product. If I could avoid using this app, I would. It's trash.
