My experience with this app is very bad and disappointing. Imagine making a deposit into my wallet and it stays pending for over 72hrs, I have mailed support countless times, yet no reply. If the transaction can not be completed, you people should at least return the money to my card so I can use other platforms. Imagine pending my 49000 for over 72hrs, with no hope of when the money will drop. Very bad customer service.. And they even sent a receipt of successful transaction. Bad!!
