This app is horrible and frustrating! You upload your documents using your 22 megapixel camera and they say your claim is not legible! Ridiculous what you have to go through on your end to file a claim. Not worth it! I will be contacting HR for my company.

As per other comments, Payflex claim receipts can be uploaded but this is NOT the case. However transaction history is easier to read in app compared with website so its better than one star.

Alerts do not work! Alerts do not work, cannot submit claims. The only thing you can do is check your balance.
