This is an excellent banking app, and I really appreciate its services. However, I request the management to reconsider the $100 minimum withdrawal limit for Pakistani bank accounts and allow users to withdraw any available amount directly to their bank. When withdrawing amounts below $100 through Jazz Cash or other cash providers, users often face difficulties and additional fees are deducted. Support are very friendly and will never be able to resolve your issue. Your account will take weeks and months to get verified even when you upload official documents from the government. That is not good enough for the verification person. No, that person is maybe expecting God Himself to come down and give the green light. This company will come to ruin unless they urgently fix the problem with the verification process... meaning the person who is blocking everything.

Very disappointing support Very bad customer support. My Payoneer account was permanently deactivated after I submitted proof of address for verification. I was using the account to withdraw money to my bank. I contacted support multiple times and asked what rule I had violated, but they never gave me a clear answer. Instead, I kept receiving the same generic, seemingly automated replies that didn't address my questions. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend Payoneer.

Payoneer causes a lot of hassle. They charge higher fees and waste a lot of time. Even though the money belongs to you, you still have to provide verification to them. I recommend using Nsave instead. Nsave is the best.

I still have the same problem after 2 years, if i didn't have to use this app, I would NEVER use it, it tells me to change my password, I change it, and then it says something goes wrong locks me for 30 minutes, new pass don't work after 30 min, try old one and login again tells me inneed to change password AGAIN and locks me up for another 30 min, I cant charge anyone, imagine you have to explain this to your customer cause you cant charge them
