App works well. For the next update please allow to enable the ability to search through customers names to quickly locate a contact. Current version requires scrolling to customers. This process is a real nuisance if you have thousands of customers.

Works fine till it doesn't ... has worked well for the last few months, but over the last week or so it has decided to stop taking payment. A very stressful and embarrassing situation with customers, trying to convince the customer that payment has not been taken but yet according to them money has been taken from their account! ... I'm left with a message on the app that states unfortunately payment has not been taken. Why?

Terminal won't charge straight out of the box! Stop making customers jump through hoops when your terminals are faulty, business owners do not have time to send videos of things not working. That is utterly ridiculous and terrible customer service. Been your customer for 7 years, just spent £250 on a Terminal and it doesn't work. Might move over to square

Was also forced to switch to this from PayPal Here. If there is any downtime at all between transactions, the reader will disconnect. You must spend a minute or two reconnecting for literally every transaction. Will be switching to Square.

Horrible worst thing to ever happen to PayPal. Purchased the new card reader for PayPal here then was told it was switching to zettle now I have to purchase a NEW card reader and the zettle app is horrible. Should have a negative 5-star option.
