Payway is good. Problem is can't pay on the first salary day, no payment availability, no info. Ending up paying on the 2nd salary date. And if I need to re avail its taking so long for my eligibility to be approved again.

For several months I have been using this app.... I still have the same complaints that were never addressed..... Payware Support does not answer my question) queries exactly.... it's more than a week that I have paid my balances but still soooo hard for me to reload......then the BPI customer service is sooooo hard to reach or contact. Very Disappointed client here.

I signed up and my mobile number indicated in the app is not active that is why I cannot make a loan. I already updated my number through visiting a bpi branch but nothing changed, it did not update my number on the payware app. I also tried messaging the customer support but no response.
