Really good and handy service. Not geared towards older people. But pay with cash meters are also available in the car park.

Very poor user experience. Not clear how to park without subscription. The subscription process is slow and buggy. The fee is hidden, and the app has no option to cancel the service. You have to set up an Auto top-up even if you want to use the app once. There is no way to cancel it. I was forced to transfer €20 in order to pay €1 for parking once and am now charged monthly fees without even being notified, very shady service.

Hidden fees, ridiculously difficult to close an account. Transparency with monthly maintenance fees at account registration is not much to ask, and having to email and provide 5 different pieces of personal information including car registration, mobile number and card number details, card cvc, as well as security questions is an attempt to make it intentionally difficult to close your account. Will avoid in future out of principle.
