★★★★★ Since format change/upgrade, I have found it much easier to use and navigate. There are still some things I find hard to accomplish, be it user error or app bug, such as scheduling appointments at desired branch, actually "contacting" someone in the Contact US menu, and linking of accounts. I especially like the "Transfer" shortcut and access to statements.

★★★★★ Previously had this app at a 1 star, but updated versions have certainly helped make it convenient and easy to use.

★★☆☆☆ When attempting to take a photo of a mobile deposit check and with permissions enabled, the app closes out of the camera before it fully opens. I suspect this a phone/update/app compatibility issue as this has not happened before. My android Pixel is on its most current update.

★★☆☆☆ Attempting to sign into my account outside the country, but it fails to load and errors out. Has been an ongoing issue.
