Used to be good, but latest update is a nightmare. Can't load digital offers without getting 'hmm, something went wrong. Try again later '. Contacted them through app and called 1-800 number, and they still haven't fixed it. Looks like I'm missing out on that 'offer'. Layout is bad. Missing points? Now you have to use the chat box and explain to it that you're missing points only to bring you back to the original missing points page. And the response time to add missing points is way too long.

Pretty bad since the new update. Points redemption doesn't work anymore. Sometimes we don't swipe the card because we forget, so when we go home, we use the receipt number to get those points bacm... and now we can't get those points because you force us to use a silly AI assistant that never gives us the exact option we want... An option that we used to have, by the way.
