These guys are top-notch, the best bank I have found in South Carolina by far. Have really felt confident with having my money with them, I mean it's not like I have all that much with them but its amazing how unlevel my mattress was getting using it as my so-called soft account. Knew it was time for a change when I finally rolled off in the middle of the night and landed on the dog at the side of the bed. I can truly say I'm sleeping much better now I'm a Palmetto Citizens guy. Great job.

I'm not going to lie.... I had my share of problems for weeks with the new app, but after several trips to the Irmo branch, the manager there called me, and we were able to finally get all the problems corrected. I have much respect for him taking the time to listen to my problems, understand my frustration and solve the problems.

App used to work fine, but now it just stays on the splash screen and will not open. Totally unusable.

The app sucks. It won't remember my password; the screen doesn't scroll, so every time I type something, I have to touch the down-arrow to hide the keyboard, so I can hit enter or save, which hides the keyboard and takes me back to the previous page which means I have to start all over again. WTH?! The new webpage login sucks, too, because it's not compatible with an Android phone - the print is tiny and the saved login info puts my password as the username. Every. Single. Time.

New update is extremely hard to understand, it does not combine balance with multiple accounts together. Two savings accounts on old app. Showed total balance of both accounts together. Two checking accounts showed total balance of both accounts together. This app is very confusing

The new updated app is awful. I can't tell when payments are due for my loans anymore or if they're past due. It used to show all loans at the bottom and their due date, and it would turn red if past due. This new app is needlessly difficult to navigate and way less efficient. Hope they revert to the previous app or get someone competent enough to design an update, so the app is actually functional.
