I tried to set up an Account. However, I was unable to get the Code and return to the site area that I was at to Enter the CODE.

I am a member and now an unable to get to the site. Indicate I am being blocked by security software. I am truly dumb founded with something being implemented that does not allow members access to the site. Then as I try to contact PCGS, recording indicates the maximum amount of calls has been reached, and try tomorrow. Really, have you all not heard of CX. customer experience, major. Ove in all aspects of industry.

After downloading the app it asked me to enter my username. I entered it and then told me a verification code was sent to my email address. I get the code, but when I return to the app it resets and asks me to re-enter my email address. I do this again and starts over and tells me a verification code has been sent to my email address. I enter the previous one but says it's incorrect. I go back to my email for the newest code. I go back to the app and it restarts again. I cannot log in in.
