Nice app. But improvements needed. 1. There should be a comment section or dedicated input text area where users can be able to add descriptions about potholes and more data about it. 2. Also, user should be able to add multiple photos instead of single photo to show multiple dimensions of potholes.

This is PCMC authorized mobile application for pothole report to PCMC Engineer and work very effectively also within 5 days the complaint will compulsory resolve by PCMC Engineer, the link for live tracking of complaints also mailed us to see the status of compliant. It's works good and make pothole less road of our PCMC

You will not be able to generate OTP even after filling all details. It will keep on sending unable to send OTP error.

Worst app. Yesterday I signed up with a username and password and was able to log in. But today it is saying that the username and password are incorrect. The password and username are saved in the autofill application yet the error. Well, there is no option to reset the password by clicking on forget username and password. The application is very crude and very poorly developed

The PCMC Pothole app is a complete disappointment. Its design is clunky and frustrating to use. Requiring a photo is fine, but forcing users to take a live picture rather than allowing them to select one from the gallery is absurd. To make matters worse, even after entering all the required details, submissions frequently get stuck and fail to go through. Frankly, this app feels less polished than a simple college project. It needs a major overhaul before it can be considered usable.
