It's exasperating using these apps... Install/uninstall many times because it doesn't recognize my ID & password... Once I got in, I manage to navigate successfully but only for that time... After 3 days, I'm facing the same issues again... Ensure that the main activities are done via laptop and just regard the apps here as "extra needs".
