Description
🥭 Tell it what you have and how ripe each piece is. Say what you want to drink — how sweet 🍯 how sharp 🍋 how thick 🥤 and how much of it. Peachy Trace then works out the gram-by-gram formula that gets closest with your fruit, at today's ripeness, and explains exactly how it got there.
📏 Not a recipe list. A measuring instrument for the jug.
🍎 YOUR FRUIT, ACTUALLY MEASURED ➕ Add what you have: the fruit 🍑 its whole weight and where it's sitting 🪟 counter ❄️ cold room 🧺 crisper or 🧊 fridge. Then rate the three things you can judge by hand: firmness 🎨 colour stage and 🌸 aroma.
📊 From that, Peachy Trace works out a maturity index from 0 to 100 and adjusts that fruit's real composition to match, its sugar (°Brix) 🍬 its acidity 🍋 its Brix:acid balance, pH, body and pectin. A rock-firm pear 🍐 and a spotted one are not the same ingredient and your recipe shouldn't pretend they are.
📅 Each item also gets a 14-day ripening curve, computed from its ripening class 🌡️ its storage temperature and the ethylene given off by whatever is sitting next to it 🍌➡️🍑 You can see the day its peak window opens, the day its prime ends and why the bananas on the counter are pushing your peaches along.

🧪 THE SOLVER 🥝 Pick 2 to 8 ingredients and a batch size from 50 g to 3000 g. Set three targets:
