I really like the devices. The one for my keys helped me find my keys I dropped while feeding cows. The card for my wallet has been helpful in finding out which vehicle I've left my wallet in.... the other on I have is on my 84 y/o mother's truck. Just in case she gets lost or lets someone uses her truck...

Since the app knows what is the firmware version, to check for updates shouldn't be necessary to press the button five times to pair. It should be necessary just when a new update is available

I switched to Pebble bee for several reasons 1. Alerts are louder and Visible. 2. Rechargeable vs batteries. 3. Works with both Android and Apple location services. 4. Offers “Alert Safety Circle” for a reasonable subscription. I have a dozen Clip5 and Universal Tags in use. Their performance has exceeded my expectations so far. Operating range is adequate, but it could be better if the product wants to be a standout. While product quality is based on good design, support is spotty.

Tracker device connects to Google Find hub fine but will not connect to the Pebble bee app even after working with support which keeps me from being able to use features or upgrade the firmware.

Added three devices, added them successfully to find my hub, now none of them appear in the pebble bee app but appears in find my hub. Really poor app guys.

Purchased two tracker tags last week and have already had to factory reset twice on a trip. They can track in Find Hub for only a few hours then can no longer be tracked. The Find Hub can't locate them. I factory reset them and all is fine. Hours later they no longer track again. I had high hopes for these, but ultimately I'm out 65 bucks. One star because it doesn't do the one and only important job it was built for....tracking my gear.
