I had deleted the app due to not getting what I pay for. It happened again and not only are they loosing customer, but they are loosing trust. I will never use this app again.

It's the third time that I've ordered in this app and the same thing happens all the time. There is always a product missing and when I ask for consumers help, they just give me a cuppon without giving me all my money back in BBC. I asked the rider why there were products missing, but he told me it was not his problem. When I asked for help they gave me a cuppon giving me a discount, but I still loose money!!! I asked for a refund, but they refused saying the transaction was already done.
