We Love Pedro's!! We will not support Nan dos anytime soon, maybe never again. Pedros on Ondekkers are the best. Staff always friendly and the restaurant is always clean. The Pedro's App is also very user-friendly and makes it very easy to place an order for pickup later. Great Service guys!!! Please Keep it up!!!

Quick, easy, convenient. 9/10. But in my area delivery is a bad option, delivery is a disaster. I collect my order in-store. You should introduce a Pay in store option.

Received a call stating they could not deliver my order since it got late and believed my area to be dangerous at night. So I decided to give some time(±20mins) & fetch it, then had to wait in line because my order was not ready. Received my delivery fee back, but I do believe there is more than just the delivery fee that was an inconvenience. There is an option to return the funds, but they don't make an immediate return payment. It only reflects 3 days later. So, a lot of inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately Pedro's has let me down after so many good experiences using their app. Food is not the issue but their management of delivery is.
