No indication that this app requires doctor's approval, but code number was required after I'd entered my email and phone number. Couldn't go any further without it. Uninstalled the app.

App does not function correctly. Once logged in to create your rehab program it restarts and asks you if you had complications during your surgery. It continues this process in a loop and never finishes creating your rehab program. Needs serious refining.

I downloaded the app, started to personalize with my email and phone number. Then an error message says no code from my doctor. So do I need a doctor's referral to use this app?
