Die PelvicTool-App funktioniert nur zusammen mit dem PelvicTool (zum Bestellen im Alonea-Webshop (https://alonea.ch/de/shop/).
Nachdem Sie die App auf Ihrem Smartphone oder Ihrem Tablet heruntergeladen haben, vergewissern Sie sich, dass Bluetooth eingeschaltet und der Standort aktiviert ist. Zum Training platzieren Sie den Sensortube mit dem mitgelieferten Sitzkissen auf einen flachen Hocker und starten die PelvicTool-App . Verbinden Sie die App mit dem PelvicTool, indem Sie den weichen türkisfarbenen Sensortube kurz drücken. Das Training erfolgt auf dem PelvicTool sitzend, in leichter Kleidung. Bei Ihrem App-gestützten Training lernen Sie, Ihre Beckenbodenmuskulatur gezielt anzuspannen und loszulassen. Der Sensortube nimmt selbst geringe Kontraktionen wahr und stellt sie via App auf Ihrem Tablet oder Smartphone visuell dar. This app is designed to be used with the Pelvic Tool Home & Sport training device (sold separately). I have been using this app for over 4 weeks. A training session helps me to feel an effect during the next few days. I still need to get into a routine to reap the long-term benefits. The app has only crashed once or twice since I started using it. I wish there was an option to add a 'guest' profile to the app. That is why I only give it 4 stars.
