Really like the latest updated format; the help section seems way more beneficial at a glance, mobile deposit works great. However, there seems to be a glitch showing me two of my same account with differing amounts ever since I linked my cash app to my bank, but that's just a display glitch and the first account shown is my actual account at that moment (the other one seems to be a day behind regarding the balance)

This app is the worst of all my accounts. It's impossible to get into your account once your locked out for too many wrong password attempts. Even when they email you the "RIGHT" username..... it's wrong!! How do I know...... the original is still on my log in screen!! This app is the worse!! It's been this way for a long time and hasn't been fixed. This is why I didn't want to make this my main acct.

The widget isn't working on Android phones right, and they haven't fixed the website still regarding recovering your password - the options provided don't work because they apparently no longer do it that way, but they didn't bother to change the website/app, so you'll wait for a passcode that you'll never get (email option) or can't use even if you do get it (cell phone option) - the CSR told me they stopped doing this "ages ago" so why is the website and app STILL not corrected?!

Very glitchy app. Hard to do mobile deposits, and they take forever to show up and post in your account. Much longer than other banks I use. It's annoying.
